Maintenance Analysis of Sterilizer Machine Treatment at PT. Karya Tanah Subur (KTS) Using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Method

PT. Karya Tanah Subur (KTS) is a company engaged in the oil palm plantation and processing business located Padang Sikabu Village, Kaway XVI sub-district, Aceh Barat Regency. The resulting production crude CPO (Crude Palm Oil) or Kernel (PK) shells. In oil, Boiling Station (sterilizer) one of most important machines, because if sterillizer machine damaged it will affect process factory. purpose this study was to analyze performance sterilizer using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method by calculating average Avaibility, Performance Efficiency, Rate Of Quality, OEE values from so that maintenance actions can be determined. Based on analysis results, Availability around 58.44%, Efficiency 80.77%, Quality 100% value Sterillizer 46.43%, with these when compared international standards then fairly high difference..
